I have made an appointment online where I uploaded a picture of my fungal toenail. I was contacted by the Surgery to come for an appointment. When I came and waited for my delayed appointment, I was seen only to be told that the this might not be a fungal infection, but my toenail was to short to take a clipping sample. I was told it need to grow longer or I can go private. So why was I not told that over the phone and was asked to come? It could clearly been seen on the uploaded picture that the toenail was too short (about halfway what a notmal nail should be) What a waste of everyones time! I am very disappointed and still have the problem.

Appointment set by GP. Punctual start and doctor who listened carefully and gave excellent advice. Quick and successful visit for which I am very grateful.

My new medication was explained to me, what it does & how to take it. We also covered the technics of how to use inhalers to get the medication into my lungs. I was wished & my peak flows taken. Advised what peak flows should be and told if peak flows drop to go on higher dose inhaler & if no improvement to go see GP.

I’ve recently had a injection for shingles and everything was done well with no delays The difficulty with any practice is getting a face to face appointment with a doctor

Reviewed my chronic pain management effectively. This GP listens and involves me in decision making, explains and has excellent communication skills. I feel cared for, unhurried and feel safe in his care. I value his time, thank you.

My recent visit to the Phlebotomist was very pleasant. The person dealing with me, always has a wonderful demeanor and samples are always painless. She was particularly helpful in rearranging the cycle for repeat samples to be taken annually at the surgery.

My 11 year old daughter attended for a blood test. It was the first time she has had to have one and we were booked in with the Nurse Associate. She was amazing. She explained the whole procedure in a way my daughter would understand and put her at ease. It went really well and was a positive experience for my daughter. Thank you.
