  4. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I fell downstairs and bumped my head. Rang 111 and talked to doctor who said he thought, as I’m a pensioner, I should be checked so go to emergency dept. I didn’t wait too long to be triaged and after about 40 minutes was seen by a very kind doctor and was discharged. From the reception staff to the medical team I was dealt with in a very caring, professional manner so thank you all.

Brought our son into ANE with a rugby injury which resulted in a broken collar bone and I have to say from every single receptionist nurse healthcare workers x-ray staff doctors were absolutely incredible best level of service ever, every single member of staff was informative happy and helpful such a nice atmosphere when you as a parent are worried they made us feel very relaxed and safe, the waits were usual but even though you was waiting every member of staff informed you of the next stage so you knew what you was waiting for amazing service thank you so much for all your help couldn't recommend this hospital enough your staff are incredible

  6. Review titled Great people, great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My father was hospitalised last year, the service he received was great and I regret not providing feedback then. However, based on my recent experience I felt compelled to write! The checks conducted were extensive, organised and quick and the time taken by the consultant to talk me through the results was care of the greatest order. The people were pleasant even though they were busy. We rarely take the time post incident, but here it is. Thank you! You are awesome!

During a visit to A&E I had a great experience. Everyone, including receptionists, nursing and care staff, doctor and consultant were reassuring, friendly and helpful. Treatment was very thorough and successful. I am grateful to all concerned, thank you.

  10. Review titled Fantastic service.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Wendy L - Posted on 26 October 2023

Arrived at A&E with other half experiencing pains in side and breathlessness while driving and with family history in mind, alarmed. We were promptly seen on reception, waited minutes to be checked on ECG machine, blood pressure and bloods taken. Relief not heart but very high blood pressure. Triaged to see dr. Thorough check-up. Chest X-ray booked and done in 30 mins. Dr seen again and diagnosed pneumonia. Discharged to GP care with antibiotics and to repeat check BP. All in a prompt manner by fantastic, caring staff who we can't thank enough.
